Great experience at Ashton store with Malik. He initially gave us space and time to browse before asking if there was anything he could help with. We were only doing a single small room so didn't really need any specific advice, but at the point of sale he explained the process fully and ensured we were happy to proceed before going ahead. His customer service is exceptional as he not only personalised the sale, but then followed up with us the day after to check the measurements (We had intended to call back ourselves but completely forgot). We were already repeat customers to this store, but we will definitely be back again as we work our way round replacing our flooring at home.

Myself and my extended family have been using Carpetright, Ashton for many years. I recently did a big update on my home and used Carpetright for both bedrooms and living space, hall and stairs. I always find the staff to be helpful and pleasant to shop with. Malik was very knowledgeable about the various carpets and was able to guide me through the process of choosing the right carpet for me. Although I encountered a supply problem initially Malik went all out to help me get the carpet I wanted. He was always polite and helpful and responded to messages very quickly. Both Malik and Frank were great guys to deal with and Malik’s ‘can do, will do’ attitude was very calming and reassuring when needed and he got the job done with the minimum of fuss which is great for a neuro diverse customer like myself. I will continue to use and recommend Carpetright, Ashton-U-Lyne. Great job and I’m in love with my new carpets.

We visited Carpet Right Ashton today. Malik had a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise on the carpet stock in store and what was best for our requirements. We both felt confident in the advice he gave and which carpet and underlay to choose. We did not feel rushed as he gave us his complete attention and had lots of hints and tips when choosing the colour, style, etc. We felt that customer satisfaction was extremely important to Malik. Would definitely recommend this store.

Ordered laminate online, the order stated 7 - 10 business day but I needed it in a rush. Malik couldn’t have been more helpful, sorted my issue the same day and kept me updated throughout every step. Thanks very much!
