Kitchen floor product was faulty, and carpetright saying, this is the manufacturer fault, but my question is that , I have pay money for this product to carpetright,, from very first day we are complaining,, and waiting for replacement, every time we are getting different answers , 7 months already passed ,,, I don't know how long they will take to arrange replacement ,, Very poor service, customer care service also not helpful,, My family & friends saying to me, this is your fault to chose Carpetright,,, is this really my fault to chose Carpetright ?? From November 2022 till today 12th June 2023 we are waiting to replace kitchen floor, but Carpetright not listing, Very poor service, 😢 I am really really disappointed, I don't know, why they are doing like this ????? Anyway, I will keep updating my review until this matter will sort out 😢😢

EVERYTHINGS WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER!!! AVOID them in any store!!!!!! - Firstly, they quoted me a price and claimed that the quotation it will not be any higher than this. The actual quotation is nearly £1000 more than original. - And then we decided to just buy the material. It ended up delivered the wrong products. The original ones I requested are not in stock until next month. When I called, there are no refund & no alternative plan is given & they said they can do nothing but only give me 25£ compensation. After I spent half an hour talking to them, they finally increase the compensation to 75£ which is less than 10% of my order value. Avoid them!! Before you pay, everything is fine & smooth. Once you paid, everything is wrong & they make the customers to take the whole responsibility for what they did wrong. A few of my neighbours also experienced similar experience with them so think twice before you consider using them!

REALLY disappointed with the customer service I received when I contacted your Carpetright store located in Trafford Centre with the staff called CHRIS. I recently placed an order for flooring material but they delivery the wrong product！！！is not we choose !! When I called the store for help, the sales manager CHRIS who attended to me had an extremely bad attitude and showed impatience towards me as a customer. As soon as I explained my situation, the staff member seemed uninterested in helping me and did not seem to want to address my concerns. Instead, they spoke to me in a dismissive and unhelpful manner, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They did not take the time to listen to my problem or provide any assistance in resolving the issue. Furthermore, when I attempted to ask some follow-up questions to clarify the situation, the staff member became even more impatient and dismissive, making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I received during this interaction. As a customer, I believe that it is essential for businesses to provide a high level of customer service, particularly when a mistake has been made with an order. Avoid this store.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this flooring company. Despite receiving the wrong items in my order, the staff member Chris I spoke to was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Not only did he fail to resolve the issue, but he also offered me a voucher as a half-hearted attempt to compensate for their mistake. When I asked for further assistance, he replied with "take it or leave it", showing a complete lack of respect for my concerns. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be using this company again. I would strongly advise against anyone using their services, as it is clear they do not value their customers
