Excellent service ,I chose the car which was delivered from their Sheffield store to Ashton under Lyne .part exchange good and car picked up following day, all very professional. I did have one issue with the car but this was sorted the following week Good customer care as well !

Big thanks to Adam, Naomi and James for all the great service I was given in the purchase of my new car! I went to this company from a recommendation of a friend and was not dissapointed! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Things were made easily clear and concise and I left confident in my purchase. The car came in fantastic condition! They were detailed in ensuring that I got a great product (including sorting extremely minor things I probably wouldn't have noticed). I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend you do too! Very refreshing to work with people who want to help you!

Fantastic experience purchasing my new car from CarShop Manchester. Max was absolutely amazing, he really went above and beyond for us. We were then passed over to Rebecca who was also amazing, she explained everything thoroughly to do with my new policy and we were in and out within a couple of hours! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. Jack at Manchester was professional, knew his stuff, easy to get on with, no hard sell even though we know it's a sales game, he was warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything you'd want in someone to help you get a car. Highly recommend. If you can, ask for him and I'll be well looked after. Jay from Manchester who did a follow up call to see how the car was going a few days later was so lovely on the phone also. Really felt like he cared and was a really nice touch to see how I was with everything about the car. Don't know your name but tall Asian guy in Manchester was our first port of call when we went in and he was so calm and explained everything and seemed really bothered that we had a good experience also. Thanks for that. Even though we only met you for a few minutes, you gave a fantastic impression. Thanks guys. You all need a pay rise. 😊

It was a very hassle free, easy and professional experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Alan was great with his sales knowledge and helpful with the car itself. I have gone from a manual to an automatic and he took me out on a test drive and showed me how it all worked like a private driving lesson..just brilliant. Rebecca was friendly and made all the finance and extras a breeze and stress free explaining the best possible options we could go for. Again professional and personable.Finally on collection day Alec was so helpful and friendly and even helped me tax my car and take my trade in and V5 and sorted it all out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I work in retail myself and from start to finish with those 3 colleagues they gave above and beyond customer service and I will be going to them for any future purchases. What a great experience. Thankyou for making it an enjoyable experience.
