Helpful staff.... Easy classes for the not so fit people to start with. Felt at ease in the class with friendly faces.

I am a member and attend one of the classes here. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful along with being friendly. The gym and conditioning suite are both well equipped. The pool is good but you are best to find out the timetable for swimming as there are lots of different classes so choosing the right time to visit is essential as if you just turn up you may be disappointed. The atmosphere is good, with a welcoming attitude towards everyone.
