I ordered The roast pork in black bean sauce through Uber eats and this is what I got! The pork has been cremated It’s inedible and it’s been thrown in the bin. I don’t know how the chef could allow this offering to the public for consumption. Absolutely disgusting. I will be seeking a refund and it will be my first and last time ordering from there. Ordered via Uber eats who are bad in a sense but when you pay for you food and it comes like this it's disgusting. Phoned the establishment and got fobbed off. This is just 1 of the items ordered and delivered to my house. My partner took one look at it and threw it on the kitchen side and was not happy to tell you the least. This is supposed to be salt n pepper chicken. It was slimy and wet, it was also Luke warm.

ONE STAR SHOULD BE NO STARS. we placed an order through uber eats and shortly after received a blunt call from a withheld number that said the food was on its way. we made our way out to the front, where we had put the pin and the exact address of where we were, and waited. 15 minutes later we received a hostile call saying that he was in a white van and parked at the address. as we were at the exact address, a wide road with plenty of visibility, we didn’t know where the driver was as we could not see him. he immediately became very agitated and aggressive on the phone. after several more withheld phone calls, he began getting increasingly hostile as we could not locate him (despite the fact that we were at the address). he refused to give us his number plate so we could find him, and called us idiots for not being able to see him, despite the fact that he was not at the correct address. he gave us vague descriptions of where he was and insisted he was at the exact address. he began swearing at us down the phone, asking us if we thought he was a liar, and calling us numerous profanities. we had no idea what to do, as we had walked all down the road in both directions and still couldn’t locate him. he eventually told us on the phone he was ‘leaving’ so we went inside to cancel the order. we received another withheld call that our other friend answered, and went outside to meet the driver. the driver had now moved, and was (although not actually outside the address) visible from the street. we received the order, to which he told my friend that he had been parked in a car park nearby (on the phone he was insisting he was at our exact address). he behaved slightly confrontational in person, as well, insulting me and my friend for not being able to locate him and getting frustrated, despite the fact that he was in the wrong. it was an overall very aggressive and unpleasant experience. the food was lovely, but i would not order again with that disgusting customer service from the delivery driver. it is disappointing to see that there are other reviews saying similar things about this delivery driver and get management is not doing anything about it, as the food has always been lovely.
