They did my nails so bad and they are so aggressive and mean and the nails have spots in it and it gets dirty every second and I have to wash it. And my nails look like yellow bananas. And hair in my nails. They left so much marks. Soo unprofessional. They need to work hard i ain't going back there.

You will get the best service on your first visit then as soon as they know you are a returning customers, their standards will drop. My nails(please see the pictures) didn't last a week. This was the message I sent on their Instagram. Good morning. Yesterday I went to your shop and I was very disappointed. As soon as I arrived, I explained what was happen that I was going to fix my nails and they told me to wait for 10 minutes in one of the last chairs even though there was others available near to the entrance. I dont know if they felt embarrassed because I was there to fix the imperfections or they didn't want the other clients to understand. However, I did what they said. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing even thought there was a man free there. As soon as this old lady comes this man went to ask what she wanted and started to do her nails even though I was there first.I didn't say anything to them and I just walked off because If I had open my mouth it would've been a bad idea. I wasn't happy with the service since Friday when I first went to do my nails. The person was kind of in a rush because she wanted to close the store, she didn't even let me look at the nails while she was doing them. Didn't even ask if I was liking them. And at the end instead of £23 £ paid £25 for an infil which I never paid before. The first day I went to your shop everyone was very polite and friendly and they did a good job. However, after you know that the client will return you drop your standards very drastically. For all these reasons I will not coming back to your store anymore. You have lost client at least £200 per year as I do my nails very often! I will not recommend your shop, I will definitely share my experience with my friends and family so they are aware of what happens in you shop. Plus, I will review this on Google, so other people know what is going on there and they make sure they ask for the price before doing their nails as you charge however price after the job is done.

If I could rate 0 I would , absolutely unprofessional, telling all people to wait with lies of times and then getting lost in amount of people they have in salon and making people to wait longer and even after that when you try to tell that you been before they start shouting and speaking rude to customers. The lady called Trang was screaming at me in front all the people when I simply asked why people without appointment been taken before me when I already spend here 1 hour waiting for available technician. People like that should not work in this industry if she manage the booking or even speak to people polite when they have made a mistake themselves. Absolutely disgusting ! Need to learn some manners and organise amount the people they letting in as clearly can’t operate and lots in chaos so unprofessional !

First set was amazing loved them, came back for an infill, got put in the chair waited for over half an hour, returning customers put first even though I was waiting longer than them, just because they knew them, it was only until I had to say something they decided to start my nails, in the end my infill actually cost me £28 even though my full set orginally cost me £35, absolute rip off when the sign states £15, won’t be returning again that’s for sure, can get the exact same done quicker and better for cheaper

If I could rate zero I would. Came in today with my 9 year old daughter to have a pedicure done, something we have done here at choco nails in the past. I told them we would BOTH like one and she said ok and asked can we wait so we did. 45minutes later I was asked to sit at the nail station and said no we are having a pedicure in the chair. I was then told my daughter couldn’t have this done despite having this here in the past. If this was the case then why on earth didn’t you tell me this when we arrived instead of waiting for 45 minutes. To say I was angry is an understatement. I’m a regular and spend about £100 a month with you guys but not anymore! You have lost mine, my family’s and friends custom.
