Opening hours of 8-10am on weekdays are very restrictive. Especially to anyone that works Monday to Friday 9-5. Opening hours were better during the pandemic.

Post office workers need to read the delivery instructions. 3 times they didn't read them 3 times I missed them because of it.

Unable to speak on the phone due to pre recorded announcement on their phone on answering. I only wanted to request that the postman double checks the actual address written on postal items before posting in to households. My address is similar in name and number to a nearby address. I often am missing post. The other day, a kind person delivered several items of post to me with a hand written letter apologizing for opening a very important item; my new bank card. Of course I immediately informed my bank and ordered a new card for security reasons. This missposting is happening with regularity. A driving license went missing on one occasion. It's got to stop. The post people, as good as they are, must double check addresses, please.

I arrived at the sorting office at 10:01 I was met with a rude member of staff , she was very hostile . I went on to explain sorry I know you close at 10:00 but due to finding a parking space I was a minute late . She would not get my parcel as I was a minute late she explained in a rude manner an there was nothing she could do .customer service course would not go amiss ☹️
