Chris and his team have been fantastic since day one. Chris valued my house £15,000 over other local agents, which I thought was a very confident valuation. After the survey it was agreed that the price would be reduced by £2,000. That just shows that Chris and his team want the best for both buyers and sellers and they are experts in this field and know exactly what they are talking about. Chris and his team have been fantastic since day one. Chris valued my house £15,000 over other local agents, which I thought was a very confident valuation. After the survey it was agreed that the price would be reduced by £2,000. That just shows that Chris and his team want the best for both buyers and sellers and they are experts in this field and know exactly what they are talking about.
