I Booked a visit for someone to come and look at my broken fridge freezer, the lady I spoke to was very helpful booking around the school times. They rang when he was on his way to me and the engineer was also able to fix my fridge freezer on the day. I am Very pleased with the service and I now have a working fridge freezer. I will definitely recommend to my friends. I was nervous about possibly spending money on a repairman coming to look at my faulty fridge freezer and then having to replace it anyway. Delighted to say the repairman was thorough, did what looked like a very tricky job, friendly and kept explaining what he thought the fault might be. He was right, got my unit working and only charged me the call out fee. Would definitely use this company again. Superb Service From CITYCOOLING - From the Initial Phone Call to-book the Visit from The Lady on the phone to the Day of repair. Polite, Helpful and Friendly. The Engineer put a new Sensor in and charged me £98, fixed on the same day. And 12 months on is still working perfectly. Despite another company (Not CITYCOOLING) who said it needs gas and wanted to charge me £300 to fix it and still charged me £75 call-out leaving it broken. Highly Recommended Company - Just need to find a Plumber, Electrician, Plasterer, Gardener etc who are anywhere near as good!. Came back from my holidays to a broken fridge! Called City Cooling, customer service was top notch, they arranged a call-out. The engineer was very professional I could tell he knew his stuff and he fixed my fridge on the day! Excellent service and great staff! I highly recommend this company and will without hesitation use them again. Big Thank you!!!

I rang on Monday and spoke to a very helpful lady over the phone who booked an engineer to call out the next day. The engineer came out the next evening and was able to repair our freezer there and then. He was very professional, excellent price, a local firm and all round great service. I would highly recommend city cooling ltd.

My appliance was repaired on the initial callout very quickly at a reasonable price. The gentleman who attended was very approachable and informative at each stage of the repair. Taking the time to sketch a picture explaining why the problem occurred. Would recommend & would use again, thank you for your professional yet friendly service .Gilly.

Ordered parts for my Samsung American fridge freezer. Great quality parts arrived on time. Wasn't sure about some black inside fridge but after a call to the very friendly engineer at City cooling I was reassured that it was not electrical and needn't worry so fitted the Samsung parts and my fridge freezer is now working perfectly. Brilliant and saved money not buying another appliance. Made up
