The gentleman who works here was incredibly rude, argued with my that my building doesn't have mail boxes (It does) and even had the cheek to tell me I didn't know my own name.

It states online that it's open, without closing for lunch, from 8:30am-5:30pm, but it's regularly closed with the shutters down during these hours, as it was once again, today. And when it is actually open, the staff are abrupt and rude.

I have been to this post office recently to buy some stuff and I had a £20 ( Scottish note ) as I withdrew from the cash machine. And I have been told by the staff’s that they wouldn’t except the ( Scottish note ) However I’ve asked her if there’s an issue with it, as it’s a still sterling ! And she’s said this is her boss decision ! But how come some of these shops have got their own rules and they don’t bother about the customers service?

NEVER EVER open on time, and seem to open on whichever day they want without any notice at all to the customer, so just ignore any opening times/days you might find online. Really not reliable at all! Also the guy who works behind the counter is incredibly slow to do anything and seems to operate in his own time zone, so expect a long long wait when he does finally decide to open.
