We had a terrible experience, without going into the specifics; We asked what we thought would be a simple request back in late 2021, 6 (six) months went past and nothing completed was done, zero. In fact, the only thing that was delivered was a master class in passing the buck, it was everyone else’s fault except their own. This was only part one of our problems - The second part saw us complete the sale of our house (with poor response times and unprofessional telephone manner) AND then we find out they shoehorned in the charges for the (zero) work carried out during part one of this unfortunate series of events! Imagine having to pay for something that was never delivered on - ridiculous. Skip this bunch, go elsewhere.
