I love the company I work for, the staff genuinely care about our clients and will go above and beyond to help each one! The care industry is a difficult place to work, with long hours and minimal pay and ultimately it is ever changing. Our carers have adapted to the changes throughout COVID 19 and have worked through to support our clients, I cannot thank each one enough!

This company were instructed to provide care for our mum who is 90. The carers felt that during the hot weather it was appropriate to leave 5 days worth of soiled incontinence products in the kitchen. When we complained they stopped her package without informing us. Did not provide even basic care.
