Great work fixing the boiler for my mother in law, came round fixed and went on his way, I got stuck on the M62 car park, and he even waited until 7.30pm when I got home to send the payment over. First class service and patience. Thanks Muhammed

Over priced substandard work. They were very happy to turn up and discuss money and take payment. They later brought in several other people to complete the work. They made a mess and didn’t clean up. Unnecessarily drilled holes in our bathroom suite that damaged the bath material and tried to cover up / fix tiles with silicone. Failed to complete the job and failed to respond afterwards. Avoid.

Emergency fix of a leaking pipe on a Saturday evening. When other firms couldn’t help Conclusive Property Services attended and fixed the leak promptly and professionally. They replaced the part that had previously been capped off using the wrong part by a different company. Would very highly recommend this company.
