Friendly, polite and quick service. Very tidy and the staff were on top of keeping the coffee shop tidy ready for the next customer. Good coffee as usual at Costa.

If I could give ½ a star for this outlet that would be to much. Manager (Kerry) speaks to customers very aggressively and with an attitude. People were getting told off for finding a table for themselves before getting served and not being allocated a seat by her. Being 3 members of staff short is NOT the customers fault but yet everyone got told they were staff shortages. A good course on people skills wouldn't go a miss for this manager.

Rude staff member (I did not catch her name) shouting across the shop telling people to move tables which was very unprofessional. This staff member then proceeded to place a wet floor sign on a table next to us to stop people sitting there I presume, which seemed to be very unhygienic if I do say so myself. The chairs needed a clean as well, they all had marks and crumbs on them! The food and drinks were good but it was just the atmosphere of the place, was not pleasant.

1 star is far too high. Rude staff member and clearly doesn’t listen (young girl with ginger hair) order was wrong, asked for the correct drink for it then to be slammed down on the counter with no apology. Unsurprisingly, the order was wrong AGAIN. Might be best for the staff to be retrained or replaced by humans who actually have manners. Would not recommend or even bother returning to the Crown Point North Costa. Disgraceful.
