Went yesterday for breakfast Ordered cheese toastie and latte Very nice Really enjoyed it Medium size latte is more than enough

The opening hours seem totally random and not reflecting the advertised times or hours at all in my experience, more than once we have arrived to find the inside seating not available at all. If it is due to staff shortage, as has been suggested, then they need to be a better place to work could be a good start. No problems - when it is open - with the coffee or snacks or staff but after repeatedly being let down with no inside seating because it is closed I give up.

Visited yesterday, drive through closed and only take out available. This isn't the first time advertised timings are not adhered to. Management need to ensure sufficient staff employed to meet advertised hours. On the plus side coffee was lovely.

Far too eager to close, arrive well before 4.30, takes 10 minutes to acknowledge you then they say we are shutting in half an hour, but then take another 20 minutes to get your drinks ready, are they having a laugh (well yes, usually between themselves) witnessed a whole group of people turned away as they said it was drive thru only, this Costa is letting the team down (company) and In my opinion a better management, if indeed there is one here. Not a good experience for the customer, plus, always generally dirty.

Got served by Leah, was absolutely lovely! Made me a very nice hot chocolate just perfect and also a mango cooler! Shop is very clean! And can see they are listening to the covid rules.
