Nice though small place. Close to the retail area and any conveniences. Good coffee.

It's always pretty busy when I come here, probably as its one of the only coffee shops in the area! Food and drinks are always pretty good but what made me write this review was my visit today where a little boy spilled his hot chocolate all over and he obviously felt really upset about it and didn't know how to deal with it - the staff cleaned it up right away, we're asking if he was okay and got right onto making a new one for him even though the place was completely rammed. Really lovely moment to see that I think his mum appreciated a lot too.

This is convenient and the staff are friendly, but things could be better, given it’s always incredibly busy. The staff need to prioritise clearing and wiping down tables once customers leave. Too often there are piles of plates and cups left cluttering up tables. It has the feeling of being disorganised and hectic rather than a chilled cafe, which could be remedied with a bit of focus of effort and prioritisation amongst the workforce.

The best staff!! I was the very first customer to buy a coffee from here when it opened. High standard of customer service has remained since. It is the staff that make me return as its getting very expensive costa. Highly recommend 👌

Such a lovely team, sort me out with a perfect iced americano every time, guy with the immaculate moustache is such a nice guy and is so sweet every time I’m in, and is also for the iced americano supremacy which is rare to find these days :)
