This Costa is usually and understandably busy but I was very happy to get a table today. I had a lovely cappuccino and a cake. It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. The cappuccino was delicious and I had a very enjoyable experience. Thanks to all the staff at Costa. Thanks for reading

Not enough space to push a wheelchair in especially when busy. Couple of rude staff members and some really filthy cups and spoons. Seen better Costas in run down areas.

Sad to see everybody who dined in used disposable cups especially on busy days. Staff tend to just use disposables and skip asking whether customers are dining in or not. Costa gives extra beans on their app to customers who use reusable cups, hope more use it.

Service OK, friendly but slow, coffee is good but ii can be very difficult to get a seat in the shop ( especially at weekends) and often have to clear it yourself as never seems to be three staff on duty and even if there are more the queue moves very slowly. Has toilets as well which is great although the centre toilets are much nicer.

Giving this store 3 stars, based on the following: - Costa Guest Wifi- The connection was slow, so better use Quayside Wifi- which is getting to a fibre optic speed. - Service: I had to wait, even though there was no queue, this was unusual, it seemed like staff switched off/went for a break. - Temperature/ambience - It was mediocre at best, what you expect from a standard Costa Coffee, with no added amenities.
