I don’t know how this Costa has 4 stars. The service is terrible and staff are so rude. For the past year they have been making up their own closing times. When told they are shut they apparently still do drive thru orders. At least update it online so we know. And now since it’s half term they have reduced there puts more they don’t even stick to the times they made up and stuck on the door. Awful place.

This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice

The man making the coffee was rude and thought he was above himself. Young girl served me warm bread & when I took it back and asked for toast (politely), he just stared at me, didn't do anything as it obvious he only made coffee So I waited for the young girl, and she gladly helped me (BUT he was rude)

I only called in because I needed the toilet but noticed how popular it seemed to be. It looked like a really good atmosphere and pretty laid back. I'd definitely go for a tea/coffee here, if I was doing something in the area.
