Three days in and already I can echo what Alan Towers said. This evening they have just not turned up to put my in law to bed. No phone call, no nothing. This is just not acceptable. My mother in law is in bits and apologising to my wife and I for being so much trouble and saying that we should put her in a home because she is so much trouble. It is not her fault!!

Although this company has some really great and caring staff Gemma and June to name just two (there are others who’s names I don’t know) through either bad organisation or lack of other carers . so through no fault of the carer. they are either really late when they arrive here or they don’t turn up at all , this company is running our lives. .we never know when or if they are coming or what time .so we are stuck waiting in for them to come and get my father in law up washed and dressed the carers are loverly and do a wonderful job when they do arrive my beef is not with them it’s the upper echelon that lets them down , Come on Creative Support get your finger out and give your excellent caring staff the support and organisation they and we your clients want and need ....
