First Class service! I requested a price for a job and received a quick call back from Rob, who noted I didnt need the work done I have requested and suggested a cheaper way to achieve the same outcome. Rob then rekeyed the locks within the next hour. Fast, friendly service at a good price - highly recommend!

After an attempted burglary whereby they had smashed our lock off our back door I was concerned about my house being unsafe. I contacted CTML and they came out to me within the hour. Rob was great and fitted a new high level security lock and advised me that this would make our house secure again. The fact that they came out so promptly was brilliant as it put my mind at rest. The price was great too and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, professional service 5*

Following a burglary at our house, we undertook a full security review. Rob was absolutely brilliant he replaced the locks on our external doors and even managed to provide keys to fit the antique locks on our 1920s internal doors. The price was very competitive. The service friendly and efficient and our piece of mind within our home has been restored. Thank you.

I had an issue with my postbox lock (I had lost the keys and needed tickets for that very evening which were in the postbox!). I spoke to CTML Ltd who said that they could be with me that afternoon, much to my relief! Rob turned up within the hour and managed to get into my (what seemed indestructible) post box, retrieved the tickets and installed a new lock. Handing me the new keys within two hours of my original call! A great service, very knowledgeable and friendly team and a great price! Would highly recommend.
