I employed this person to relocate my sky dish but the work he carried out has been a complete disaster. I have at least 10 times tried to contact him to get him to rectify the faults but he does not answer his phone. I have also sent him a message which he has ignored. I will never use him again and I would anyone else to do the same.

I’ve used Cheshire Aerials twice now to realign my sky dish due to strong winds - it’s on my chimney so Sky won’t touch it. I rang him this afternoon and he came out a couple hours later and fixed it. I was a bit hesitant the first time due to the bad reviews, but both times he’s been pleasant enough with me. I’ll be using him when the next lot of strong winds blows the dish out of line again!

Only gave 1 star as its not possible to give zero !! we made an appointment for 9.30-11.30 one morning. This gentleman turned up at 1 oclock, no call or warning. Not a major issue , its understandable call outs can take longer sometimes. However when he finally arrived i opened the front door and as he made to walk in i politely asked if he had a mask. Unbelievably he turned round , said "see ya " and walked off, never to be seen again. This man clearly thinks the rules regarding covid do not apply to him !!!! He is trading as cheshire aerials and satellites . People need to be warned about this as its not possible to post a review on that trading name.

Extremely rude when i messaged him at 14:15 as he was supposed to arrive at 13:00, he called me asking who is this so i advised he was supposed to arrive at my house amd he said how am i supposed to remember that with a random number and i advised did he not save my number to the address i have him, so in the end i told him forget it and he mumbled something rude down the phone then hing up. Terrible manners and I wpuld not reccomwnd this unprofessional ignorent person to anybody.
