Daddy Removals is a Manchester based removals company started in 2023 by long time friends, Chris Herbert and Jamie Hoare.
Chris and Jamie met at university in Liverpool, back in 2003. After a brief spell apart to pursue their own careers, they reunited in 2010 to start a gaming machines business providing machines such as table football, air hockey and boxer machines, to pubs and bars across the UK. They got good experience in moving heavy and delicate machinery in small spaces and around tight corners!
After running a successful bar and restaurant, they decided to try something new and put together their years of experience in removals and logistics to start Daddy Removals.

Well I was attracted to Daddy by their unexpectedly business-like presentation and well-organised but friendly set-up. Very professional with a hands-on owner, so whilst new and rapidly expanding Daddy stiil had the personal touch (which I hope they don't lose). Unlike from others we didn't just get an impersonal quote but a speedy and personal visit to ask what we wanted and assess our individual needs which were listened to and matched. On the day the lads were enthusiastic keen and quick whilst remaining friendly and helpful. We had mainly large heavy and polished items for them and they had novel ways of getting access with them. To help us they removed feet from sofas, took beds apart and put them back together in a jiffy, making 2 trips so as not to cram our more valuable items. And to top it all we received not one but two jars of the owner's special home-made and fruit-laden jams which unfortunately are now almost gone! Thank you Daddy.

Chris and Warren were true professionals. They were polite, friendly and extremely efficient - all admirable qualities. Chris helped me immensely . I needed some fence panels to be delivered to my property however, I was struggling to find someone who could do this quickly. I called Chris and the panels were delivered the following day. Amazing! What a result. My 16 year old son had a conversation with Chris on the day of the delivery, and mentioned that he was looking for part-time work . My son was delighted when Chris told him he could offer him a Saturday job leafleting . He is out TODAY delivering leaflets in various neighbourhoods . Very happy to use Daddy Removals Ltd in the future so will be keeping hold of their number! I highly recommend these guys, thanks so much. Loving the jam you gifted to me too! Superb.

Can't recommend Daddy removals enough! They made what I thought would be a super stressful day so easy, and quite enjoyable. Efficient amd entertaining! They also did us such a favour picking up some garden tools we had to leave behind (for us to tidy up the garden before end of tennancy) and they came and picked them up and dropped them off at no extra cost the following week. Amazing customer service.

Chris came round on short notice to give us a quote and was incredibly friendly, took the time to know us and the job and have a good and fair quote. The day before Chris and a small team spent the morning packing our house up, taking the upmost care of every belonging and packed the house in the most safe and efficient way. The day of the move, a lot of the stress was taken out with having the packing done the day before but Chris and the team arrived right on time and got on with loading up the vans and packing our house up. The move was great and the team as Daddy’s worked around us. Highly recommend Daddy’s Removals as Chris and the team are a fantastic bunch, incredibly friendly and helpful and will take perfect care of every item you own during a move

I went with Daddy's removal service for my house move and they have delivered the most professional and friendly service today. Warren and Pete worked tirelessly to get the job done and took care of my furniture, even at the most awkward spaces. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to my friends and family. Thank you again for helping me get through the house move and being patient with my needs.
