Worst customer service experience got there couldn’t be allowed to try any dresses apart from 1 cx am a size 14, they have all dresses in smaller sizes, I had asked this before and felt forced to choose a dress I didn’t like. Kept saying that not my style. U have good dresses but u guys are too proud and act entitled please change.

The most stunning wedding dresses are sold in this shop 👰♀️ I looked everywhere for my dream dress I tried on 50+ wedding dresses and then I found this shop online I traveled 3hours to this shop and the first dresss I tried on! I fell INLOVE with!! The people there are so lovely ! They helped us and showered us with kindness ❤️ Thank you so much Daleen Bridal ❤️

They dismissed us because the wedding was 6 months away and said we need to come back closer to the time even though it takes 2 months for alternations to be processed. They would only allow to try on 1 dress and expected us to put a deposit. What a joke of a shop - customer service is lacking. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I absolutely loved the service I received. I went to get my wedding dress and the staff helped me with everything in order to get the perfect dress for me. They have the most amazing wedding dresses definitely would recommend ❤️❤️
