I always enjoy my visits to this club. Amelie and Noor were great in the cafe: super friendly, engaged, efficient and chatty. It's things like this that make the David Lloyd Trafford City a pleasure to visit. Many thanks to you both.

I previously gave you a good review based on the staff being friendly, helpful, and kind. However, in my last two visits, I was not very impressed as the staff were not very helpful. I was charged £2 for a towel because I asked for one for my hair, no consistency as I always used 2 towels. Also, when your customers are paying a huge amount to use your facility, you should not charge any extra money for a towel. The pool was not clean outside, two ladies advised not to swim in the left lane as there were two dead frogs. Your car park is full of litter, and the rooms were not very clean on that day. Maybe you can put up a sign to advise your visitors how this can impact the image of the club and the environment. I hope my review is helpful; together we can make Britain beautiful. Litter is not permitted, and you should make sure your visitors are aware of this matter.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received with Lizzie. She was amazing and informative and completed converted me and my husband to loyal DL customers. I would highly recommend Bibi for PT or sports massage. She’s amazing.

Great place for the whole family. Wide range of classes for all abilities. The staff are friendly and are always around to help or offer advice. Children's pool is lovely and warm and the outside pool is amazing!! Thanks Lizzie and the team :)
