Reliable builder producing high quality work. They installed a completely new bathroom, replaced all internal doors, fitted a new stair handrail and renovated a walk-in cupboard for us, all to a high standard. It was a refreshing change from previous builders to find that DEC's staff turned up when they said they would and to not be asked to pay anything until the work was completed to our satisfaction. Our house is quite old which created some challenges but DEC got round any issues they encountered. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service - Great company I have a HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) which required a number of improvements including a kitchen extension - while occupied by numerous paying tenants. I chose Dec-Approved because they listened carefully to what I wanted and offered advice and suggestions on how to go about the project with the least disruption to tenants - clearly based on extensive experience. They reassured me that they would take care of all elements of the project, and would communicate regularly with me and the tenants. The project was completed to time and budget - and along the way Dec-Approved dealt with the many unexpected issues that arise in a project of this nature - they always had available a suitable tradesman to step in at the last minute to deal with any unforeseen events. Dec-Approved formed a temporary kitchen so that the tenants were never without facilities, and protected all the carpets for the duration of the project. They also liaised closely with other companies working on the property including the roofing company - to ensure that all the work dovetailed together and went smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending Dec--Approved for your construction project.
