Ordered double glazed window for our shop. Dealt with Nathan on the Trade Counter, who was excellent and went above and beyond the usual customer service. Window was very well made and arrived with no problems. Fast delivery and would highly recommend.

Worked here for an agency called Head Start Personnel, found out today that my hours haven’t been sent over so I won’t be getting paid this week, next week instead which is an absolute joke. Told that there was issues with their system or some rubbish. When I was told that my hours would be sent over at the end of the day. Absolutely unacceptable that they wasn’t even going to tell me this. Shocking place, shocking agency, that thinks it’s acceptable to be playing about with peoples wages when people need money to live on and pay bills. Don’t recommend this place or Head Start Personnel Agency at all.

Premium product with a premium price but bog standard customer service. Very quick to take your money and do not care in the slightest afterwards. There are other Residence manufacturers out there I would strongly recommend you find one of those. Dekko Windows tarnish the Residence brand.

Got what I needed which wasn’t much £10. Or so but dealt with wonderfully and given a different option at a cheaper price which was really helpful as the trim was never seen! Just a giant biscuit. Some great stuff to browse In store, will be going back for windows next. Couldn’t fault anything, service was great, it was really refreshing to shop here.
