I saw Lesley & Jack for my sprained ankle. I was referred to get a scan and continued physio. Attention to detail is first class. The reception staff are also lovely, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve recommended to my mum and would recommend to anyone with injuries who need help. Simply fantastic.

I went to Lesley at delta with pain from a lifting injury to my lower back. I had 3 sessions with Lesley and felt better after first session. After 3 session and completing exercises she had given me to do my back is better than it has been for a long time. I am really pleased and I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Lesley so much for your help it is well appreciated. I will definitely be back if I need your services again 😁

I had a recent appointment with Lesley ,due to my arthritic knee condition. Lesley performed a thorough examination and advised on how to manage my knee going forward. She also made time to patiently listen and answer my many questions during the appoinment. I would highly recomend Lesley and the friendly staff at Delta.

Had a great experience at delta physio, went in with lower back pain and after my first session with Lesley I noticed immediate improvement. The issue was pinpointed as to why I had back pain and we talked through what I needed to do from there. Highly recommend
