Hi My daughter ordered a cake for her 18th birthday, for celebration relatives gathered from USA, Ireland, and Pakistan. But it was very disappointing that this cake shop made vanilla cake instead of chocolate cake as we ordered chocolate cake and paid extra £10 for the chocolate flavour. Upon complaining, they asked us to bring the cake or to get our £10 refund voucher back that they charged for chocolate flavour. They are not professionals, and the customer service is not good.

RAW WAFFLES!!! I ordered Nutella with strawberries, I got raspberries instead 🫢 These are the saddest waffles I've ever seen 🤣 please do not order from here, even if it's on offer. Thankfully I got a refund from deliveroo. I've attached a lovely picture 🤣🤣 Kids said that they tasted like cardboard. Might as well have eaten the box! Haha Go to moonlight instead 😋

Orderd a small cake via the whatsapp as i seen on tick tock, agreeded would do a cake for thursday when i placed the order on tuesday didnt respond till next day when i messaged (apparently the comman person dosnt have a clue what a "buisness" means) was told the cake wasnt confirmed for the next day as i didnt pay but how was i to pay when i didnt get a respond! To then i got a very rude Unprofessional message that if i want the cake i have to pay a late £5 charge but if it was agreeded on the tuesday and not responded by wednesday wasnt my fault! New baker seems but isnt very humble and really rude.

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended pricing is also absolutely fantastic service couldn’t get any better!! They have a wide range from Milkcakes to Cakes, Bento boxes chocolate covered dates, cupcakes etc, 100% worth the visit!!

Ordered a fresh cream cake for a 60th birthday and the cake was the best I’ve had! Very light and fluffy and not overly sweet. Everyone loved it. Definitely recommend and will order again
