I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.
After trawling through no end of websites and visiting a High Street travel agent I came across DialAFlight only to realise that I could have saved myself so much time and effort.
DialAFlight instantly found me a great deal for a flight that left the following morning. The paperwork was sent speedily and we were all booked within just 20 minutes.

I have booked a couple of holidays through this company and you always get a good deal. Niall has been brilliant with me and so patient. They are my default company. I was a bit worried about a couple of things going to NY but he is ace. No messing about, you know where you are with him. Looking forward to our trip to NY for my 60th and my daughters 30th. Thank you Niall for an easy booking

We highly recommend this company for holidays in America which is where we go a lot on and Oliver at Dial a flight is so helpful and on top of that they got us home safe and sound in 2020 when Covid hit and no extra expense They pick up the Phone very quickly Just Brilliant service Thanks Oliver Keep up the Good Work from Malcolm and Heather

Vile business. Before the pandemic I used these for 11 years. It was just ok then. Customer care is shocking, prices are not much cheaper than the real travel agent. They make out they are giving you good prices quoting higher prices the actual airline. I will in the future pay the extra £100 pound the amount of money these muppets have cost me. I booked a tickect to the Philippines. The agent was keen to get my money pushing for a sale quoting me a price and trusting him being more experienced than me. I paid my money and had to pay another £300 for another ticket to another country Malaysia that I never visited as when booking my eticket the Philippines would not allow me to stay more than 30 days so had to pay for another ticket that showed I had left the country but didn't. The other country booked was the only way around being able to fill in the eticket form in the Philippines to stay longer than 30 days. My stay was for 3 months and trusted the agent his advice was correct. He told me I should check before I booked the ticket. Is that not what dial a flight are there for, to advice and give us the best information as they have more experience than us doing it daily. If that was the case why didn't he advice this before he took my money. Yep you guessed it he just wanted the sale for that day a Never again will I use DialAFlight.

Love this company, everything so smooth and you can pay in installments for your flights. You have a personal advisor that you contact for any queries and payments which I like as I know who I'm talking too. We've taken out flights and car hire and nothing was too much trouble, you can download the app and keep an eye on your account at any time. Will be using again, thanks guys
