Wooly Mammoth 5 wide screen. My ordered and was given a delivery date which as it happened to be the day the A1m came to a stand still with a massive RTC so unfortunately the stove couldn't be delivered that day . After reading one review I got panicking but this was unfounded my stove and chimney kit arrived the next working day the customer service team where outstanding 🙂 . Right the woolly mammoth is a lovely stove one of the larger stoves with the kW we needed for the room I wanted a statement peace and was tempted to order and larger higher kW stove DONT do it, work out your needs for the room size this little beauty is more than hot enough I'm lovely and toasty here watching the storm and snow blowing a gail outside. For prospective on size the chamber the stove is in is 1meter x 1meter (see photos ) . The stove come with heat resistant gloves and extra fire rope estimated 5 years worth its beautiful and would definitely order the Woolly Mammoth 🦣 again. The service I have had from Direct stoves has been exemplary. The customer service was flawless, the price was better than rivals, and the whole operation went smoothly even when they had to accommodate some changes to the time frame at my end. My order was not straightforward but the team dealt with it easily, sourcing the parts that I required. I would, and do, recommend this company to anyone needing to buy a stove. I forgot to mention, and I should, that Nick was the guy who sorted it all out for me, and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied.

When I was searching for my stove I came across this site. After reading some comments I was first sceptical if i should trust them. But finally i decided to give them a go and I didn't regret it. the stove came on time and there was no issues with it.

DELIVERY FAILED TO TURN UP, NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL, PHONED TO ASK WHY AND TOLD THEY WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COURIER AND GET BACK TO ME, DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME!!! NOT IMPRESSED, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL,!! I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED ON THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY AS AND WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO COMMUNICATE
