Did a great job fixing my car after someone smashed into it. Also fixed a scratch I had done myself for free. Had to wait a couple of days for courtesy car but I understand they are busy. Staff who picked my car up and dropped it off very nice and friendly.

After my own fault rear end collision on 6th Feb my vehicle was collected promptly by DLG. And a hire vehicle delivered the exact same day. Very convenient, unsure if the 2 are companies are connected but either way fantastic. Car was collected by DLG then they would be in touch weekly with updates. They had an estimated repair time of 23rd of Feb. However when it got to this date or close to it I was informed that due to the unavailability of some parts required that this is may be extended. Which sure is out of their control not a problem I had a hire vehicle for the entire time they had my vehicle. Someone rear-ended me in the first hire vehicle, karma probably. But that’s nothing to do with DLG so another hire vehicle was provided. So I was never without a vehicle. Once the 23rd had passed I called them, which I had difficulty getting through sometimes due to high demand. Said still waiting on parts etc. I received a text from them saying an update will be provided on the 8th march. So they called me on 6th march to say your car is now fully completed and ready to be delivered which was fantastic. A little over the estimated of 23rd Feb but parts availability isn’t their fault. Due to work I asked if it could be delivered on Saturday the 9th of march which they said they could do and were very accommodating. My car was delivered as promised washed and cleaned and the front end looking new as factory quality. Honestly can’t fault them tbh, the only improvement that I’d recommend is more updates either via call or text. That’s all. Beside that 10/10

Brilliant repair job can't even tell the car had been in a crash and the spray job spot on 10/10 and customer service top notch would definitely recommend

Very pleased with the service from DHL Auto dealing with my insurance repair. They contacted me and once all information in place they kept me up to date, collected car,repaired,returned and valeted in a week. Below are the before and after photos Thank You

My car was unfortunately involved in an accident. Third party accepted full liability and through their insurance (Direct Line) DLG Auto were instructed to repair my car. Car was collected and returned 7 days later looking like brand new. Faultless service from start to finish with excellent communications throughout. Highly recommended.
