We waited 45 minuets for our pizza at 8:30 at night. It then took us 5 minuets to get out of the car park as it was blocked exit by cars. But it was a great pizza but was it worth the wait? No not really

They didn't deliver and item off the order, they made one of the items wrong, franks hot wings, but plain?? the delivery driver didn't have a clue about the missing item. I told customer service in writing, provided them with the order number, the receipt, and the information, and they won't do anything about it. So basically from not providing the food I paid for, they have stolen that money from me.

Has a problem with an app order (possibly my fault, who knows), i called the store as 2x meat pizzas had been sent for my vegetarian daughters birthday treat, The lady who dealt with my panic stricken call was very calm and sorted it for the pizzas i wanted to be sent out asap. Disaster was avoided and i can’t thank the Whitfield team enough for their help. Great customer service and my girls enjoyed their pizza 👍

Just like to say that Domino's Whitefield are the best. Plus their driver who's been there 9 years apparently is such a nice guy and always is super reliable.

Awful delivery service. Mohammed tried to leave the food just outside of the flat as he was unwilling to come up. Explaining having disability, he was still reluctant to come up and kept giving excuse that it's the company's policy not to enter the building. We phoned the shop about the issue, and was informed the manager will call the following day. It's been a week now and no one called. It's disgraceful how they can treat people with disability this way.
