Unlike the negative reviews I've never had any issue with the staff, however the location itself is a bit sad. It seems to have once been a corner shop with a post office inside, but when the corner shop stopped trading (leaving the post office to carry on) the venue was never fully converted, so the place has some sad shelving and a general vibe of disuse. There is a small range of packaging for sale.

Staff are very patient, friendly, helping me send out different important stuff. Very good experience. A big thank you!

Avoid this post office, it’s terrible! There is an older lady who is the most rudest person I have had the misfortune of being served by multiple times. She is sarcastic, rude and clearly hates her life and job. Not sure if she is there just to make people feel as bad as she does but she needs to think about changing career. I won’t be going back here ever again purely because of her. I go to another post office now, which is a shame as this is just round the corner from me.

VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF, AVOID THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN. Upon entering the post office there was no que however, I was made to wait 10 minutes because the lady behind the counter was on her phone. As she called me forward she never once looked up at me and was still messaging on her phone. She printed of my sticker and made me stick in on my package. I asked her for 2nd class track and sign. After paying I had to ask her to come to the window so I could hand over my package instead of leaving it on the counter which she then pulled her face at because that meant that she had to look up from her phone for a moment. When I looked at my receipt I noticed she hadn’t put my package through as track and sign like I had requested and she had also entered the wrong address and post code due her to not paying any attention as she continued to look at her phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour when working in a customer service role.

I heard this post office was closed recently. Hopefully it was to teach the staff how not to speak to their customers because their lives are so miserable that they cant help but take it out on their customers. Utterly appalling and rude attitudes the lot of them! I'll be going to the one in lime square from now on. Quite unbelievable the £1000s of pounds I have spent there buying endless business stamps.
