Shop's ok nice stuff but a lot of the stuff on the shelves is chipped or marked or the box is caved in a bit, just need to really inspect the product before buy! Ditto on the click & collect - it's a good service but always check as soon as you pick up as many things I have got home to find are marked or missing a bit - the best was a kettle without a lid!!! The cafe is ok but ... 2 teas arrived as just boiling water in pots, teabags dumped on side of tray - think this is the first I've ever been served a pot of tea like this & I visit a lot of cafes!!!!!

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Huge selection of home furnishings with great value for money. I had never been before but it will now be my go-to shop for decoration, especially for curtains and rugs. There's a large car park and an in-store café. The quality of the goods is particularly notable.

Nice looking store and very tidy, staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice and some great ideas for the home. Big choice in bedding and towels. Lovely curtain section with so many beautiful fabrics. Plenty of parking and as it's at the far end of the retail park there's lots of spaces free. Has a coffee shop upstairs where you can hide out and relax while everyone else is shopping.

Third time lucky. Went to 2 other Dunelms before this one looking for an L shaped shower curtain rail. Chatty girl at the til was surprised I'd been to 3 Dunelms to get it.
