I went in for one item and got it. That hardly warrants much of a detailed review. There were plenty of other products available apart from the one I was looking for so all in all a decent selection of household goods, somewhat haphazardly displayed

Just want to say a Huge thank you to Lewis in the Rug department on 1st floor ALTRINCHAM store Not only did he have a great customer service attitude He went out of his way to get prices pull out rugs for me to see sizes. Proceeded to take all 3 rugs to the till check me out and took to my car . Job Well done (Thank you Lewis)

I've been here a couple of times and had a smooth, friendly experience on each occasion. Today in particular, I popped in to collect an online order and was greeted as soon as I walked in, by a nice lady who straight away radioed a colleague to bring my order over. Great service by lovely staff, and always great items, thank you.

Tried multiple times to purchase items from here. Never received a single one due to website saying store has stock, yet when I request it in store they say they haven’t got stock. When I questioned a member of staff they told me it’s next day regardless of the store having stock. They have kindly checked the warehouse but never manage to find the items. The website says stock Ava libel in store so there’s some serious inconsistency. I won’t be trying to shop here any more due to this. I have wasted endless hours….

Dunelm has a good choice of makes when shopping for an item. The curtain section in particular, has a good range. Toasted teacakes in the spacious cafe with my drink helps.
