Fantastic service by Charlotte with the recent sale of our property. She never failed to provide frequent updates throughout the whole conveyancing process & proactively chased buyers solicitor to speed up the transaction. Charlotte is very efficient, responsive and provided guidance at all times. The staff I spoke to were very friendly. Lavinia represented me and was both professional and friendly. We discussed my wishes and she made me feel at ease. My case was successful and I got what I wanted out of the case. I would definitely recommend her.
