Visiting the area in a 12 year old ML - suddenly got transmission problems and went into “limp mode”. Paul fitted me In quickly, ran diagnostics to identify the issue, had the failed sensor delivered the same day, fixed it and tested it! Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you.

After doing a bit of research regarding companies/dealers who service Mercedes I came across East Manchester Mercs. I booked my car in for an A service as well as having new discs and pads fitted. I was called later on in the day by Paul who informed me that it was an A5 service and not just a basic A service. I noticed the difference in the car as soon as I drove away Very pleased with the work carried out and found Paul to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using EMM for all my motoring needs from now on.

The owner wanted 5/6k for the repair and had the car for month and nothing was fixed .Took the car to a specialist in Droylsden and was quoted 1,200 for the repair.Do yourselves a favour and take your car to Droyslden instead.

Paul completed a full service to my aging SLK and the price was very acceptable. He kept me informed all the way of what was required and when it would be completed. He also managed to repair the elderly cd player when I thought there was no hope . Highly recommended and will use EMM again !
