Lovely care home. The manager Michele is very professional and the nurses and all the care staff provide an excellent service. Their professionalism and experience gives the residents the care and attention that is required to each individual needs. The facilities are ideal with a very happy relaxing environment, very clean and I would definitely recommend this care home.

Read the newspaper reviews of residents who have died there; do not trust these people with your loved ones. They administer medications which have been stopped, they do not listen to professionals they manage behavior by over prescribing medication. This home should have been closed a long time ago. My grandma lives at edge hill I would highly recommend this care home. I felt worried when she first went into the home but Michelle the manager is lovely and she makes sure everyone is happy and taken care of and my grandma loves it there.

Cannot comment on the residential side of things but what I can say is they are not good a paying their bills! Having done a considerable amount of work for them it took the threat of legal action to get payment. Trades people be warned!
