We were very pleased with the Mellor Levenshulme branch service. Nicola came round to value our property and we were persuaded by her marketing strategy. She took pictures right then and there, before we'd committed, which meant that the marketing of our property was expedited once we'd signed the contract. Mary was both enthusiastic at the viewings, and patient with us throughout. She knows and loves Levenshulme, which makes a huge difference and is, we think, a unique advantage. I have to say I found this agent particularly helpful. Mary and Jackie were working under quite difficult conditions when I was purchasing a property but they showed that they weren't afraid to go the extra mile in order to get the deal done. James, Jo and team have been outstanding right from the start. James follow up and his patience to engage with us and align on the preferred time for us to put the property on the market. The pics were of high standards. Jo then taking over for arranging viewings and the regular follow-up and updates on progress and the guidance on the offers coming IN. Absolute professionalism with a lot of personal touch.
