From start to finish the process of sale to fitting, to completion, was effortless and a pleasure. The windows and front door are of such high quality and I absolutely love them, it really finishes the house. I have to say that the price was VERY reasonable, as my two front windows are UPVC sash. Not changing my back door made this possible and was at the suggestion of the sales manager, so they kindly changed the lock on the door. Well we recently found one of the bedroom windows was not closing properly and we had a draft.No problem for Elite they sent their technical guy Lee who quickly replaced the hinge mechanisms.First rate guarantee even after 9 and a half years.
