I attended Ellard for training in roller shutter control. It was a fantastic course held in Ellards dedicated training room. The staff were excellent and very informative. I can highly recommend anyone who needs training in Ellards products to attend at their premises. Very friendly people as well. Thank you .

Shockingly poor customer service. On one occasion, motor arrived damaged 3 times in a row causing big delays. On another occasion, order didn't turn up at all after 5 days, Ellard blaming courier, constantly promising the delivery next day, but not even keeping in touch and coming up with different stories every time we chased, to the point when they said motor is not in stock. We are definitely changing our supplier after this fiasco. Ellard finally agreeing to refund the replacement motor as they cannot provide a replacement, but instead sent an actual invoice for the motor not delivered! No organization within the company whatsoever...

Great service, telephoned to reorder a key spoke to Philippa gave her the product code from order 2016 she was uncertain if this key was still available took my number and said she would call me back. Received a call back in no time, told they had 14 in stock still, ordered two keys delivered by post next day. That is excellent service. Also told I was the only one to request this key in a long time and that they will probably still have them in stock next time I need one.Great company very pleased.

I ended up contacting Ellard Technical department after my electric roller garage shutter became intermittently faulty and the manufacture SWS were very unhelpful. The technical advisor was very helpful and happy emailed me a detailed manual on the motor controller fitted to my garage shutter despite it being several years old and superseded ( google couldn’t even find this manual ! So I was very thankful ) Eventually I got to the bottom of my fault and the manual was invaluable.

I needed to purchase replacement batteries for automatic garage door. I found the on-line purchasing not working properly so I rang the company. How fortunate I was to get Shamaila on the line. She was absolutely wonderful and helpful and got my batteries ready for dispatch ready in a flash. The company is lucky to have someone so pleasant and efficient working for them. Other companies will be after her if you don't give her a 20 per cent increase in salary asap. Just to let you know that I am not connected in any way with Shamaila!
