Unfortunately one star is more than enough as a feedback for this business. Unwilling to help and tried to bond us with a contract even though we were following exactly what the contract said. Kept being lazy to do their job and we had to keep chasing them for every single thing . Whenever we needed something for the apartment they were never helpful and always was taking forever to resolve it . Completely anorganised on every single matter.Stay away from this office , do not even choose this one even if they are your last option.

Lazy people , full of lies and the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with . Unfortunately these are the only words that describe this company . Try to avoid this agency as much as you can , and if you cannot really avoid it just have a heads up . I am thankful we had amazing landlords and we had the ability to be talking to them directly whenever the agency was failing to perform their duties .

Our friends had to deal with this agency. They treated them in a very unprofessional way and as a result their anxiety went up to unhealthy levels. I had to call the agency myself to try and help them out as my English is better to no avail. Would not recommend at all.

I wanted to express my deepest disappointment according to a case that I had with this agency. Unfortunately I tried in the best way I could to communicate properly however every single interaction I had with them it was a complete nonsense. The only reason I am sharing this review is because I do not want anyone else to feel this much mistreated like I did . It was a complete waste of time .

Thank you Ellenbrook Estates! I have recently vacated a property that they managed and they were fantastic throughout the whole tenancy. Upon moving into the property, the property was clean and perfectly presented. During the tenancy we had some maintenance issues. What property doesn’t?! However, Ellenbrook were amazing! I reported the maintenance and this was investigated and actioned almost immediately and I was kept up dated throughout. I would highly recommend. 10/10 service.
