Bought a car from this dealership in March and two weeks after I got a warning to check the coolant level. I topped the coolant and two weeks after same warning. I contacted the dealership and I was told to take the car to a mechanic and the mechanic confirmed that there was a fault. I told the dealership and they told me that they will speak to their warranty team. The mechanic has done work on the car and there was more to be done but he was going away for a week and didn’t want to leave the car on his premise and he could finish the work when he got back. I informed the dealership and they weren’t responding to my emails so I had to pay the mechanic for the work he has done. Someone from the dealership did get back to me and told me I would be reimbursed, I was but not fully. I told them about the additional work that needed to be done and I was asked for the mechanic to send them photos of the fault and an invoice, which he did and we haven’t heard back from them since. I had to pay over £400 for the other fault and I still haven’t been reimbursed as the dealership is ignoring all my communication. Appalling!

I bought a vehicle from these guys at the end of December, I was driving by back home to see my family for Christmas. Unfortunately the vehicles head gasket blew on the journey down, I had breakdown so I was able to get back home. Without hesitation Elvi took the car back in and got it sorted out with out cost to my self. After another couple of months the car started overheating, this time it was out of warranty so I took it back in again to get looked at. While it was being looked at communication was very poor and it took a long while to get it back to me. Thankfully I do not need my car for work otherwise this would have been an issue. However despite being out of warranty, all labour was waived and all thru charged me for is the part, despite being a labour heavy job.

Poor experience via a friend, who was sold a car that had a clear engine fault and was told that it was just a simple error on the dash. After a check up at the authorised dealership, they were told this is a major engine fault that would cost more than the car's worth to fix. The dealership sold the car definitely having this knowledge and tried to hope for the best, disgusting mentality. Would not recommend buying from this place, lying to you for the sake of selling the car.

I bought a car for my daughter. The service was fast and brilliant from start to finish. The car came with a full MOT and 3 month warranty. I would gladly buy a car from them in future
