I have had a very unpleasant start to my booking when the car I reserved was not available, I spoke with the manager of the branch who was really helpful, got back to me and really tried to help, I got an upgrade in the end which I was really happy with. Thank you all at Didsbury. My bad unpleasant start turned out to be a fantastic experience. Thank you.

Poor management, as they made me drive an unaafe car for 5 months on a long term car hire. When was it going to occur to Michael from the branch that I could have been killed due to having been made to drive in that unsafe but mot pass car? Extremely unhelpful, not recommended 😑 at all, unless you want to risk your life on it.

Make sure you thoroughly check the car externally and the windshield, in my case I picked up a car from London Heathrow and thoroughly checked the body and the windshield which the local representative (Will) assured me everything has been recorded. The stone-chip was already there but upon returning the car to a local rental station they immediately identified the stone-chip and stated it was not recorded and immediately deducted $1300 from my credit card. I feel this specific station is out to nickel and dime renters, please watch out y'all. I will be fighting this with my credit card company.

We hired a van for the day to move house. The team were incredibly helpful and the proess was quick and easy. Will certainly be going back if we need to rent again. Big thanks to the team.

Friendly and accommodating staff, easy to get hold of, they had very little choice in vehicles when I arrived so book well in advance!
