This was the best service I had received. I was given the car I asked for and Fi and Tommy from the centre went above and beyond to help me and get the car I want. Was called by Fi who was awesome and I was dropped off by Saad and he was amazing too. Many thanks.

The car on hire to me via volvo assist from northwich branch. Was quite mucky inside when delivered & had message showing it needed adblu. I had to go to hyde enterprise who were Brill & filled it for me. But I shouldn't have had go do this. Not the best experience .

Couldn’t be happier with the service received from Enterprise Hyde! The entire team were excellent both on the collection and return of the car, but I have to give a special mention to Branch Manager Saul (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong!). I had some issues with my bank when picking up the car and Saul was extremely patient and accommodating in helping me to find a solution. Saul’s hospitable and kind nature put me at ease and ensured that I was on my way in no time at all. The car itself was in brilliant condition (both maintenance and appearance) which made my trip even better. I will happily recommend the Enterprise Hyde branch to anyone looking to rent a car in Manchester. Thank you to the team for a high-quality service!

I have used enterprise car hire @ Hyde 4 times in the past 3 years. They have always been polite and professional. Last time I hired a car from them was in august 2020, got a free upgrade and the car I was given was excellent. ( I loved it so much i would of bought an identical car if I could only afford it ;-( )
