WOW .... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Like many, our Christmas vacation back to the UK was affected by COVID, resulting in my wife(from Scotland) having to isolate in the USA, and unable to visit her family. We needed to change a lot of our plans at short notice and expected to pay a penalty for that. This was NOT the case with Enterprise. They showed compassion and understanding at every step, from changing our pickup time, modifying our rental length, all at short notice and all without a significant chnage to our daily rate. The pickup process was friendly and professional and we were on our way to Scotland. I could not recommend this Enterprise location more highly, for helping us cope with the challenges we faced.
