Kelly and Saul did a fantastic job of my decking with very little input from me as I was distracted elsewhere with my husband being in hospital. They did what they promised, came when they promised and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately my husband will now never get to see the excellent job they did as he passed away. Professional, friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I had been let down by another company and my wife found Epic Excavation's details on line. I phoned and spoke with Kelly, who immediately struck me as professional in her approach. I emailed some photos over and she provided a ball park price for the job. She and Saul then came up to the house to look at the job in more detail and confirm the price. Work commenced shortly thereafter and over 200 tonnes of soil and rubble was swiftly removed without issue and the site left neat and tidy. The combination of digger, dumper and grab truck worked perfectly. We shared a few laughs over the days they were here and they even encouraged me to try my hand with the digger. I really like the ethos of their business, which appears to be driven by a real desire to do right by the customer. I'm looking forward to them returning for another job I have planned. I'm also very happy to provide a verbal reference for them if anyone is in need of one, just ask them for my details. Well done Saul and Kelly, if only all businesses operated the way you do.
