The great new drive through car wash doesn't have any shampoo. If your happy to pay £4 for water and a brush ! Enjoy 🙄

If i could give 0 stars i would. Greggs staff inside the store are lovely really friendly. Cannot say the same about the main store staff. Rude, obnoxious, belittling. Male on the till was all of these words and more. I will never be going to this store again. This was the second time i went in and will be the last. First time he tried to rip me off with overcharging me for something which had the price of the goods signposted RIGHT OPPOSITE HIM, then continued to argue when i pointed this out. I raised a complaint with management about this. Second and last time i went was to collect a greggs good to go bag, but i went in and the greggs store looked closed, so i just asked the man at the main till if he knew where i collected it from, to which he replied "does this look like greggs to you?" Sneering. I said no but the greggs IN YOUR STORE is where im supposed to be collecting this bag from and it looks closed. To which he rudely replied to bang on the greggs side door because the lazy woman in greggs is probably asleep. Was there any need whatsoever to be like that?

lady behind the counter needs to be re trained in customer service, its a shame when you are trying to engage in pleasant conversation and are met with a grunt and no chance of a smile. its not hard to be nice !

Customer service lacking completely at Radcliffe’s notoriously most expensive petrol station - Asda down the road is regularly at least 7-8p a litre cheaper - single word single syllable grunts and instructions from barely interested staff - can’t really work out how it stays open - pretty bad advert for BP and Spar

The man is rude arrogant and doesn't like to give change when I asked for my change he threw it at me think you need to get customer service skills and learn politeness and smile
