We have hired a machine for 3 years. After the end of the contract they did not advise us that we need to call the finance company and cancel the contract with them. I have asked them to send the final invoice and also made the payment. Now the leasing company has sent me another invoice to make the rental payment when I have returned the machine to euro digital. I called them today and they told me they expect their customers to know all these. So be careful when you deal with Euro digital cause when you leave they simply don't care.

Leasing a photocopier from Eurodigital was one of the best things I did for my small business. I contacted EDS with what turned out to be an incredibly complex and hard-to-troubleshoot combination of scanner fault and network issue. Their phone support person (Quentin) spent hours of hard work with me methodically tracking down possible scanner issues, adjusting smoothly to our preferred tools, and then sent an engineer who was on-site and had the scanner repaired only a few working hours later. Both proved to have deep knowledge of the possible issues and a smart, considered approach to localising them - leagues above the usual follow-the-script technical support. Both were polite, professional and friendly throughout a technically difficult task. Great work that left me feeling very happy with our support contract.
