Had to visit eurocell oldham yesterday afternoon not ( an emergency but urgently) in need of materials , the service could not have been more friendly and efficient and it’s definitely not the service I have experienced in other local suppliers premises. The staff are extremely knowledgeable with regard to their products and do go the extra mile so to speak to make sure that a layman D.I.Y er leaves the premises with the best product for the project in hand , thank you to everyone at eurocell and especially to Rick for the excellent knowledgeable and friendly service he provided for us today . Most horrible and rude staff I have ever found in any DIY store.As we arrived to the reception we found a blonde woman.There was no smile,no friendly behaviour,No professionalism at all.We gave measurements in feet but she rudely refused and ask us to tell her in meters even she should know this too.Then also refused to take bank transfer.I don’t mind she refused to accept could be company policy but the way she refused was really ill mannered.we spent roughly £1000 in shop but couldn’t find a little glimpse of respect and Co operation. It’s request to manager plz Mend your receptionist’s behaviour coz customer not only come for product but also deserves to get respected and that’s called beauty of business.It was my first time but I will never go again.Lastly a gentleman called “Liegh”was wonderful and polite helped me to load my stuff.Thank you.over all I would say if you have self respect conscious then don’t visit this store coz you will be hurt.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
